Follow my instruction  :

• You Take a BSNL 3G Sim of 128kb.
• Activate Any one Video Calling Pack.
• Now Open PD Proxy.
• In setting/proto set udp and local port0.

Now Connect Bsnl wap APN For ” bsnlwap ”
And You can use any UDP port VPN for 9201 or 8080 of pd proxy
